What For? And Why 3 Breaths?

This blog started because some clients, some colleagues and some friends asked me to write down some of what I’ve been teaching all these years. And to demo some of this Qi Gong I’m always on about. So here it is. I hope it serves! Please let me know.

Oh and here’s what the ‘3 Breaths’ is about: I say three full breaths is all it takes to get us back to our best selves from wherever we’ve gone when we get off track. Don’t take my word for it. Try it. It amazes me every single time. In the time it took you to read these sentences, you can make a significant change to help you be more yourself. And if we all do this every now and again, what a gift to the world it would be!

I always say, unless someone has a gun to your head, you have time to stop and catch a breath – or three! So this is me, starting a 3 Breath Movement. Thanks for joining me.
